1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BAE Global ("the Platform"), operated by BAE Global Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Dedicated SaaS Environment
BAE Global delivers dedicated cloud software environments to client organizations. Clients maintain exclusive ownership of all project data, inventory records, customer CRM records, and pricing algorithms stored in their dedicated instance.
3. Commercial Recommendations & Human Judgment
BAE Global provides algorithmic pricing recommendations and predictive analytics based on historical data, user inputs, and market variables. These recommendations are designed to assist and support executive decision-making and do not constitute guaranteed financial returns or substitute for independent commercial appraisal.
4. Data Security & RERA Compliance
Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws and Indian Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) statutory requirements regarding customer disclosures and escrow collection tracking.
